Returns and Refunds

Products Return -

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. A 20% restocking will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds may take up to 2-4 weeks to process. 

Product defects are subject to terms of the warranty agreement.


Service Plans - 

If an annual service plan is canceled after the initial account setup and system programming has been completed then a deduction from the refund amount will be applied to cover the cost of services rendered. 

If any account setup fees or charges were waved at the time of signup, then the original fee will be factored in and deducted from your refund amount. In the event that the total amount of services rendered exceeds the amount of the refund price for the service plan then an outstanding invoice amount will be due upon cancellation.

ESP does Not provide free technical and/or remote support. A standard service rate of $125 per hour will be applied for any remote and/ or onsite service that has been provided by ESP. Prices are subject to change at anytime.

Once a system care plan has been canceled your account will be deleted and your ESP supplied device(s) will be de-activated from our cloud service.

ESP is not responsible for connectivity loss or system errors with devices no longer connected to our network or provided by others.
